Delete your account
You can request deletion of your QuickMacros account and all associated data at any time. There is no cost and you don't need to give a reason.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All meals you have logged (descriptions, photos, macros, timestamps)
- Voice recordings and any uploaded images
- Friends connections and shared meals you sent or received
- Profile information and app preferences
Basic security and abuse-prevention logs (e.g. anonymized request logs) may be retained for a short period as required by law, then deleted.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address associated with your QuickMacros account:
Email support@quickmacros.appOr send a plain email to support@quickmacros.app with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address you used to sign up.
Timeline
We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
